Mr. Vikram Singh and Mr. Vinod Kumar, both from Hisar, Haryana, started their entrepreneurial journey soon after graduating in 2009 as first-generation entrepreneurs.
Motivated by a vision to become key players in northern India's fast-growing retail market, they have built Smart Shopping into a retail powerhouse that brings premium international fashion to Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities.

Established our first multi-brand store, Smart Shopping, in Sirsa covering 900 square feet. The foundation of our retail journey.
Expanded into garment manufacturing for outsourcing in Tirupur, Tamil Nadu, and Delhi, deepening our understanding of the apparel industry. Opened our second store in Hisar in 2014.
Our journey took a major step forward in 2017 when we entered the organized retail segment as franchise partners with Bestseller
We expanded our presence by acquiring the master franchise for Bestseller across seven key Northern Indian states.
We secured our second master franchise by onboarding the prestigious French fashion brand CELIO, strengthening our multi-brand and international expansion strategy.
We partnered with The Souled Store as our third master franchise, fueling expressive, pop-culture–driven fashion for Gen Z
